Former United States Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, appointed by President Gerald R. Ford.

Lectured for Institute of Continuing Legal Education on "The Defense of the Liquor Liability Case" and on Automobile Negligence.

Author of articles on liquor liability, premises liability, mediation practice and police procedure published in Michigan Bar Journal, Michigan Lawyers Weekly, The Beverage Journal and Law & Order. Listed in Who's Who in American Law. 21 reported appellate decisions in cases briefed and argued in Michigan and Federal appellate courts.
