Bensinger, Cotant & Menkes' videoconferencing facilities are available to rent hourly or daily in our Gaylord, Grand Rapids or Marquette, Michigan locations. Our rooms offer the latest technology from Polycom.
The art of effective communication is the ability to see and respond to the person you are speaking to. With our videoconferencing sites, time and distance no longer limit your ability to communicate face-to-face.
A videoconference allows for private, point-to-point, audio and video communication. We can host your videoconference with superior service from our on-site technicians who keep your meeting running smoothly. Multi-point meetings and videoconferences can be arranged.
BCM uses high capacity digital phone lines (ISDN) delivering high quality videoconferencing at speeds up to 384kbs/512kbps. The system provides a unique voice-tracking camera that automatically focuses on the speaker while ignoring background noise for smooth meeting interactions. Our rooms allow for Internet connections, Ethernet connections and VCR equipment. Computer application sharing is also available to facilitate your conference. Fax and color copier services are provided. Catering services are also available upon request.
