We serve individuals and businesses throughout western Michigan, northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula with offices in Grand Rapids, Gaylord and Marquette.  Our primary focus is defending lawsuits and claims in the following areas of law:  Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, First and Third Party Automobile Negligence, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Patent Law, Dram Shop, Real Estate, Wrongful Discharge and Workers' Compensation. 

In addition, we also have attorneys in our practice specializing in Family Law, Estate Planning and out-of-court facilitation.  Our office locations place us within two hours travel time from all of the courts in which we practice.

We have enhanced our communications through the use of electronic mail.  Fast and inexpensive, electronic communication has become the norm.  All of our attorneys and staff members have email addresses for quick and efficient use from personal desktop computers.

We have a videoconferencing center at each office, which links us to other conferencing locations throughout the country.  Video conferencing is used for many purposes, including meeting with clients and especially for taking out of state depositions of witnesses.  This increases our efficiency, reduces travel time and minimizes expenses for our clients.

Our fee arrangements are varied and remain flexible, depending upon the nature of the litigation and needs of the client.
