We have investigative and paralegal services available in-house. We also have a strong ongoing relationship with independent insurance adjusters for our centralized out-of-town clients. We have streamlined our internal and external communication systems by utilizing networked computers. Custom designed legal software programs provide us with complete scheduling calendars, docket control, legal accounting functions, legal research and case history management. The flexibility built into these programs permits us to comply with litigation policies and procedures that vary from client to client. Our staff's ability to develop and implement these custom programs enables us to promptly and efficiently meet the needs of our clients. Videoconferencing is available at each office.

Our attorneys have obtained jury verdicts of "no cause for action" in over 30 counties, including virtually every county in Northern and Western Michigan in cases representing all of the specialized areas in which our firm excels.

Many lawsuits are settled prior to trial. Our reputation for diligent preparation and our successful trial record will help fairly resolve those cases our insurance clients determine should be settled out of court. However, we always remain prepared to try any case.
